Painters Tape Technique:
Supplies: painters tape, ink, card stock
1. Tear off a small strip of painters tape
2. Lay it GENTLY on your open ink pad
3. Tap lightly with your finger to pick up some ink
4. Lay it on your card stock and press gently
5. Then carefully pull tape off and you have a cool water color back ground.
