Cut Card Stock 4-1/2 X 4-1/4
and score on the 4-1/2 side at 1-1/4,2-1/2,3-3/4

cut another sm strip at 1 X 4-1/4
scallop edge punch #119882
(any border punch will look good with this)

now it's time to run thru Big Shot #113439
using the perfect Polka Dots #117335
(you will want to make sure you have already
scored your paper before doing this step)

attach your 1 X 4-1/4 piece on the smaller flap,
run a strip of sticky strip down center before applying candy
(i used adhesive here but for a better hold sticky strip is ideal.)

.... now fold over - it should look like this.
